Program History
One of most successful programs at Babson, the men's golf team has enjoyed a storied history over the past several decades. In 1982, the team earned its first-ever bid to the NCAA Division III Tournament, where the Beavers finished 13th overall. Babson would return to the national tourney 13 years later when it earned its second selection in 1995.

In 1998, Babson began the most successful stretch in the program's history, winning the first of six consecutive conference championships. Two years later, the Beavers qualified for their third NCAA Tournament, where they placed 22nd overall.

The team's finest season ever came in 2001, when Babson won the NEWMAC title, finished first in New England at the NEIGA Championships, and finished 15th overall at the NCAA Tourney. The following season, the Beavers once again repeated as conference champs and headed back to the NCAA Championships for the third straight year and fifth time in team history. The team then won its sixth consecutive NEWMAC title in 2003 before taking second among Division III schools at the NEIGA Championships in 2004.
