BABSON PARK, Mass. - The NEWMAC recently announced its postseason awards for the fall sports, and Babson College sophomores Kristen Lang (Kennebunk, Maine) and Jenney Szeto (Boston, Mass.) each represented their respective teams on the NEWMAC Academic All-Conference Team.

A key member of the women's cross country team, Lang ran in all seven races for the Beavers this fall and ranked third on the squad with an average time of 24:18.8. She posted the team's second-best finish in four of seven events, including the 2007 NCAA Division III New England Championships at Harkness Memorial Park on November 10.

Szeto played in six matches for the Babson women's volleyball team this fall, finishing with nine digs in six games. The Beavers amassed a record of 11-12 overall - their highest win total since 2002 - and earned the seventh seed in the NEWMAC Tournament - their highest since 1997.
